CFOA Calendar for Exams
The following calendar lists multiple sports and their exam/test dates.
The FHSAA is set to begin accepting registrations for the 2024-25 season starting July 8th. Registration will take place through the FHSAA Central Hub in Arbiter. Any questions about registration can be emailed to officials@fhsaa.org. Questions about joining CFOA can be found on our new recruit page, or by contacting the VP of the sport you are interested in.
2024-25 FHSAA Fees: The early registration fee for the first sport is $60 and includes a rulebook, casebook and subscription to NFHS Network.The early registration fee for flag football is $55 and includes a rulebook and subscription to NFHS Network. After the initial deadline for all sports the registration fee will increase by $5. For new official discount code and other information, please visit the FHSAA website.
CFOA membership is in addition to these fees.

2024-25 Exam Schedule
- Rules exams have no time limit
- No make-up exam offered.
- Officials can save and exit the exam as many times as necessary. Once the “submit exam” button is clicked your test will be graded and your one (1) attempt is completed.
- Exams that are incomplete once the deadline passes will not be graded.
