CFOA Football Official - First Year Training Class
The New Officials Classes will start Tuesday, July 1st, 2025 and meet every Tuesday and Thursday until July 24th.
Time: 6 pm to 8 pm
Meeting Place: Bishop Moore High School
Optional Fees: $95
For $95 the new official will get a hat, accessories package (flag, lanyard, whistle, bean bag, down indicator, clip for chains, game card and protector), The Rules Simplified and Illustrated, The Rules Case Book and The Officials Mechanics Manual.
Mike Goodspeed Weekend
Mike Goodspeed Weekend will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025. Registration will start at 7:30 am, with an 8 am start.
Location: “The Moore Center” at Bishop Moore High School.
CFOA Tackle Football Field Clinics
- Friday, August 8, 2025 - 5 pm, Mount Dora Christian Academy. 1 - 3 year officials.
- Friday, August 8, 2025 - 7 pm, Bishop Moore High School. Playoff Crews 1 & 2 and veteran officials.
Basketball
2025-2026 CFOA Basketball Training

Initial Registration Deadline – 1/13/25
Last Day for Registration – 2/24/25
Exam Schedule 1/13/25 – 2/24/25
2nd Exam Schedule 2/26/25 - 3/5/25
2/8/24 – Mandatory Training Class – Faith Christian Academy
Schedule – 8:15am to 8:30am - Registration
8:30 am to 9:45 am – Rules Presentation, Video Breakdown & Test discussion
10:00 am to 11:15 am – Field Work Live Action (2 or 3 Fields)
